Serves as the Chief Executive Officer for CareerSource Escarosa, the agency dedicated as the Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB) for region 1 of the CareerSource Florida Network. Dr. McBride is a passionate leader who brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience in the public and private sector. Over the past 22 years, he has held multiple roles leading collective efforts.
Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, Master of Arts in Educational Psychology, and a PhD in Educational Psychology and Research Methods, all from The University of Alabama. Dr. McBride serves on various state and local boards to promote economic success by advocating for a quality workforce system and broker strategic partnerships to connect employers with a skilled workforce.

David Garcia, CPA
David is a Florida-licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant). He has been practicing since January 2011 with a specialization in international taxation. Throughout his career he has consulted corporations, partnerships, entrepreneurs, and high net worth clients with various business and tax planning strategies.
David is well regarded as a leader in the tax field and is often called upon to provide his expertise through industry training and lecturing on emerging topics. David holds a Masters and Bachelors of Accounting from St. Thomas University and Florida International University, respectively.
The founder of DG Advisors was created to provide clients with more personal, boutique-style accounting experience. By connecting with clients directly, David is able to give them the attention they need as well as the results they are looking for.

Andrew Shanti
Andrew has been deeply entrenched in multiple high-level aspects of lending, real estate investment, expert-level analysis, and strategy development since 2005 as both a principal, executive, and investor. He thoroughly understands lending & underwriting, real estate, and investing at a gut level in both residential and commercial properties and brings this level of knowledge and expertise to his clients at Optimus Capital Inc.
He has brought in over $25 Billion in offers on off-market commercial real estate transactions in his career and maintains ongoing relationships with high net worth, ultra-high worth clients & hedge funds globally. He seeks to bring value and find ways forward with all his clients, offering dynamic strategies that lead to ongoing success on a long-term basis.

Howard C. Meier- CCIM, MRICS
Howard has a track record for realizing returns on under-performing assets, which he established during his years as a special assets manager for such firms as Manulife Financial and as Vice President of one of Canada’s largest developers. Howard’s numerous industry affiliations include the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the National Realtors Association, the Canadian Real Estate Association, Canadian Commercial Council of Realtors, the Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board, Urban Land Institute, Mentor-ship program, and board member of CCIM Institute.
Howard has in addition acted for several Fortune 500 companies for various lease transactions for office/retail/industrial tenants across Canada. Selected clients include Fieldgate Commercial Developments, Bank of Montreal, Popeye’s Louisiana Chicken, H&R REIT, Tribute Communities, The Mormon Church, Starbucks, Street Wise Capital Funds, Manpower Management, Sun Life, Manulife, and TD Bank.

Distinct expertise in acquisitions and strategic development, with a focus on commercial real estate, residential real estate, and complex business transactions stateside and internationally. David offers a well-rounded approach in negotiations in various sectors with a background in general contracting, distribution, retail sales, and deal financing. David operates statewide across Florida and is open to exploring projects of any scale. Currently, I am operating as CXO at DiaKhora an aviation infrastructure development company.
Extensive background with over 18 years in sales training, management, and internal team building for multi-billion-dollar companies. Multiple awards with various companies for top sales performance. Property management and maintenance contracting for multiple trade industries. In depth knowledge of multi-state business transactions in acquisitions.
